I just went flawless for the first time in forever (my 4th ever) but when I went to launch the lighthouse it said that I required a "flawless card." I was dumbfounded because I had just gone flawless on a mercy card. When I looked at my card, it said that my loss had been forgiven but I wasn't flawless. My card reset starts on the first win in the picture (the 1.2 kd win) and as you can see there are seven wins with only one loss near the end (forgiven by mercy card). This is a huge heartbreaker as I was SO EXCITED to finally go flawless again. Is there any way this can be fixed, I don't have it in me to go flawless again tonight and freelance won't be back for a while. I appreciate and help!
