Hi there! If you have purchased Silver, you will not be able to deactivate Cross Save for 90 days. This is by design and Bungie cannot shorten or remove this for any reason. In order to fix any Cross Save issues, you must deactivate Cross Save first, wait the 90 day deactivation cooldown, and then reactivate Cross Save.
