I want to suggest removing this as it serves no real purpose other than to waste time ...
I would suggest removing it or actually giving it a purpose like in crafting or something similar.
Edit:
By remove I mean, trade them 1:1 for cores and in the future instead of dropping matterweave, just let us drop cores directly.
-
cores already drop directly, currently i am sitting on 5x999 stacks and around 15 on my 6th stack
-
No, I'm building my Matterweave stack for the memes. Almost up to 400 👀
-
Have enhancement cores randomly drop? No, no, that's too simple. Let's put an arbitrary middle man in there. *enter finest matterweave*
-
2 RepliesOnly reason why I say no, is because of the new players coming into d2
-
Tbh I have like 2k sat in my vault of these I wish I could just get rid an it give me all the enhancement cores
-
1 ReplyI may be wrong here, my memory ain't what it used to be. I think Eververse sold these for bright dust It was just a way to bleed your bright dust so when that super cool, glowing, ornament set, or that totally awesome ghost or ship came up for sale, people wouldn't have the dust and would have to buy silver to get that 'must have' item. Same with all Eververse consumables
-
I'd be down for removing these ONLY if the drops are replaced with enhancement core drops
-
1 ReplyI've been wanting them to remove this pointless drop and just make them all Enhancement Cores by default. The item only exists to force you back into the game world for another 20 seconds per Core if you get one at an inconvenient time. I had, at one point, held over 200 of these things until I sat down one day to burn through them all on the Moon. I hate seeing one pop up now; they're just Slow Cores and they don't need to exist.
-
They removed matter glass lens because it was pointless, finest matterweave is just hostage enhancement cores. I agree they should be removed but they should be converted first since they are still a resource and some of us have hundreds of them.
-
7 RepliesI wish they would remove the Rainmaker consumable too. It’s probably the most useless piece me there and I’d doubt anyone even uses it. It’s the one where precision kills have a chance of dropping glimmer.
-
2 RepliesI would like it if they just allowed us to turn them into cores at Rahool, just don't make it 10 cores for 1 core. Maybe 10 for 10 if we want to gather in bulk.
-
Also Rainmaker and cores..i would like the option to, delete 100 cores at a time or the whole stack
-
11 RepliesIs anyone ever really short on cores, anymore? We run out of glimmer before cores. I have two stacks in the vault and working on another stack in inventory.

Edited by LikwiD_SmOkE22: 10/5/2022 4:03:13 AMJust let us trade them in for the core that it drops lol farming that night in archers line is mind numbingly boring
-
This is a huge throwback to post forsaken forum posts
-
They should auto convert to cores and then be replaced in the loot pool by cores. Idk why we need an additional step to get a core. Seems kinda dumb.
-
1 ReplyAgreed... it's beyond stupid. Just drop a Core instead. The cooldown on using them is just as stupid.
-
1 ReplyWhy you want a downgrade? Didn’t you catch the “-est”? Means as fine as it gets. You want mediocre matterweave? What is wrong with this world?!
-
1 ReplyI’m into either just removing finest matter weaves and issue cores or automatically use finest matter waves to produce cores.
