Solar Warlock is the worse than pre-nerf Loreley Splendor
With touch of flame, Warlocks can get restoration x2 for literally just using their healing grenade, and then using ember of empyrean they can keep it going permanently. Meaning that without even giving up their exotic armor slot, Warlocks have 100% uptime on x2 restoration and it barely even takes effort on their part, keep in mind that with solar wells they can already have near 100% uptime on their grenades as well, so even if they lose the buff they can easily reapply it. NERF TOUCH OF FLAME!

7 RepliesSo warlocks need- an aspect, sacrifice a damage grenade, a fragment, to use up a grenade charge. Titans need- an exotic slot. That's it. Nothing else.

2 RepliesNah, take it from a titan main. Lorely was worse because it was an on demand activation of restoration x2. You simply took enough damage and it would auto proc. Also, I can just keep throwing my hammer and continuously make sunspots that reset the timer for restoration. No sacrificing better grenade options, no thinking about when to use it, and it’s tied to the very short barricade cooldown which only got shorter with sol invictus + elemental well builds. It was all around better than any healing build warlocks have now

While I agree that warlocks shouldn’t be the only class with restoration x2, touch shouldn’t be nerfed. Ember of empyrean is hard to keep up in any activity outside of anything super easy, and you don’t need it in easy stuff anyway. Loreley gave infinite restoration x2 without having to get solar kills, and had infinite uptime. I suggest that loreley apply restoration x2, but require it to charge or something.
