We accept players of all skill levels if they are active and play every aspect of the game (PvE, PvP, and Gambit). We usually only accept people 18 years or older, but we are open to accepting someone younger if they can prove they are mature (both in-game and active in our group discussions) and have a firm grasp of the game mechanics.
