Game Unplayable and always displaying "BNOC Pardon our dust!" screen

Game unplayable Closed game Cleared Download cache Rebooted Computer Always bring me to, " Pardon our dust!! Destiny 2 servers will begin maitanence momentarily. Ongoing games will end, then players will return to the screen" Anyone else experiencing this?
