Game Unplayable and always displaying "BNOC Pardon our dust!" screen

Cleared Download cache
Rebooted Computer
Always bring me to, " Pardon our dust!! Destiny 2 servers will begin maitanence momentarily. Ongoing games will end, then players will return to the screen"

I am experiencing this too, but all my friends are online. I have restarted my game multiple times, restarted my computer, verified my game files, restarted my router. Nothing has worked....
