I’ve seen too many failed flawless runs to someone killing themselves on final stand on serval runs.
I think that the flawless shader should be rewarded individually. If 5 people don’t die and do a good job and 1 person accidentally kills themselves or intentionally dies, it shouldn’t take away the whole fireteams reward for the shader.
Make it so a full fireteam flawless raid gives a super cool emblem or something, maybe an ornament. Flawless raids don’t feel rewarding enough with a single shader, there needs to be more than that.

Strong disagree. Sorry. A flawless raid is literally just a 30 minute run of any raid. You fail, you try again. If someone is burdening the team, replace them. It's not toxic to trim the weakest member during a flawless. That's just common sense. Hell even a petras run (doing riven legit) is pretty much effortless. A raid is a team based activity. Win together, lose together. If someone accidently kills themselves then they shouldn't be doing something where that's easy to do. For example we have a rule on flawless runs - no grenade launcher or rocket launcher heavies. I break that rule myself, but I've also never died doing it. A personal flawless is worthless, although I think it could be a triumph or something, but not an emblem or anything. If that were the case it would just increase paid carry services and in itself devalue the emblem or shader or triumph. If you need a flawless raid, any raid, message me in DMs and we'll take you through. We do them all the time and on every raid. It's free help, and we'll hold most of the weight on our shoulders mechanically.

If the same person keeps dying during a Flawless run, you should probably replace them. Also, a Shader isn't an appropriate reward for a Flawless raid. The Flawless raid completion should give that player the raid exotic. IMO, that should be the only way to obtain the raid exotic and would also re-introduce the Flawless requirement for raid seals.
