Hi there. The account you selected when setting up Cross Save cannot be switched to another account while Cross Save is enabled. You must disable Cross Save by authenticating the usernames and passwords of your Steam and Xbox accounts on the [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/CrossSave]Cross Save setup page[/url]. After waiting the mandatory 90-day security cooldown, you can activate Cross Save again and be sure to select the [u]characters[/u] you want to use. If you only play on Steam and no other platform, you do not need to use Cross Save again after disabling it.
