Does every Duality/Avarice encounter give a pinnacle reward?
Or is it just the boss. Took a break from Destiny. I want to know what gives pinnacle rewards in the dungeons.

Duality, yeah, Grasp, nope. Grasp gives you a Pinnacle at the last Boss while Duality is loaded with Pinnacles.
