Microsoft locked my account without any warning, and told me that I would have to make a new one. I looked through the help articles and found nothing that can help me. My main concern is that I will have to buy all the D2 stuff and grind through everything again.
Does anyone know a way to contact Bungie support or a way to recover a D2 account?

As long as they didn’t ban your game license, then you should be able to create a new account on your console & gameshare the dlcs. However, you won’t be able to move any items from your current account to the new account.
