So.. I was doing GMs like a lot of us are right now and I discovered something interesting. I found out that Cloudstrike wasn't activating the 3-crit storm attack on champions with a div bubble around them. and without div, it seemed to work just fine. Maybe it's intended, but I don't think it is. Anyway, hopefully this is a bug or something because if not, Cloudstrike is going straight to the vault (and probably never coming out).
