Have Forerunner Catalyst Not Consume Ammo
I love using the frag grenade in PvP, but the price to use it after a kill is too high. Having it more often would allow us to have more practice with it to get better with it. It would open up the opportunity to use the frag in game modes like Trials where Special Ammo is very scarce. I don’t think it would be too powerful if the ammo price was removed. It is strong but you have to have really good aim for it to do good damage.

Yes! This would actually make it useful as opposed to a waste of special ammo!

In PvP I agree it should cost less but honestly that might be tricky to do without altering it on the PvE side as it is a catalyst perk.
