Based on your screenshot and your Bungie.net profile, the platform account you're logging into the game with is not the same platform account you're logging in on Bungie.net with. It appears that you are logging into a different profile. The BungieName for the profile you are logging in to post here on the forums is Yhjk3673#1228. The BungieName of the platform you're logging in to play is THE PHARM4C15T#2426 That profile is here: https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Profile/1/4611686018434245383 However, seeing that profile, I noticed that the BungieName is not displayed on it. Normally, upon logging into the game, the BungieName is applied to the Bungie.net profile that's created for that platform, so something weird might be happening, leading to the issue you feel is going on, so the following steps may help figure that out. Can you please help me with a possible bug report by going to Microsoft's website for Xbox, https://live.xbox.com , logging out of it if you're already logged in, and then manually type in your log-in credentials instead of using auto-fill with your XBL ID to verify that it is the same account you use on the Xbox? Please take and share the screenshot of the name that displays at the top right once you've logged in to confirm that it's the same as your XBL ID. If it is the same account you use on your console, please go to Bungie.net, log out, and when logging in, manually type in the login credentials to log into the XBL ID here. Again, for both of the above, please manually type in the login credentials instead of using auto-fill to make sure you're using the same information in both places. After doing so, please let me know if you're logging into this profile when you specifically use those login credentials.
