Exactly what the topic says, kinetic siphoned shouldn't be 3 energy... leave the specific burn mods at 3 energy... I find myself running harmonic siphon on every helmet so I can fit ammo finder/targeting mods and combat/well mods on my builds with full resilience, discipline, and strength mods (or minor recovery/intellect)... this would help perfect build crafting and allow space for more use of seasonal mods on artifice helmets while being able to run my favorite kinetics AND make orbs for my super... the cost makes no sense considering kinetic primaries are the OG work horse of Destiny.
I don't see how anyone could argue this wouldn't be a positive change... it would be a major yet simple quality of life improvement, especially for newer/returning players who don't have fully master worked armor

It is rather annoying and even with the changes to orb generation and the push for elemental wells I still prefer CWL and see it as more valuable
