Does enhanced rampage stack with rampage spec?
Can you stack them for 2 different duration effects?

Yes it does. You get 5 seconds total if you use both enhanced and the mod

Interesting question there. My assumption is that it’ll only count the highest duration number, provided that rampage spec actually is compatible with enhanced rampage in the first place. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable has tested this out already?
