Vex not dropping
I am on 226 runs of vault of glass and still havent had a vex drop for me
wondering what I can do to get one.

I'm positive they reduced the drop chance for the week because the raid is farmable. I got the Vex last week, and then the Heartshadow and Collective Obligation dropped this week. Everyone's luck went to me and I'm sorry for that!

5 RepliesRan it a few times with a guy who hit his 200th clear... no vex. One of the guys in our clan has cleared it 120-something times with nadda - Its insane and appalling. Should be absolutely guaranteed after like the 30th looted run, tops. I honestly believe the drop is broken for some, but as it isn't something which benefits the player and creates more play time, Bungo don't care.

Like everyone is working just as hard, and if their not that's on you for letting them stay and just sit there They really need to be guaranteed after x amount of runs

Please try a rested raid. When you are rested exotics drop more. Ouch on that 226 runs thing. I got it my first VOG run with a PUG. I don't even like it. I'm not trying to tease but just pointing out stick with it. It will drop it took me 1 year to get that one eyed mask after it was run into the ground.

I'll say it again, I've been saying it for years, Bungie needs bad luck protection on raid exotics. It is an absolute must have. It is simply not fair to run 100+ times and have no light at the end of the tunnel.

ya know, id like to know which bungie dev though, "ya know what, people are complaining about doing last wish flawless petras runs with no 1K drops, and they did like the quest system in D1 like Necrocasm, No Time to Explain or Touch of Malice ........ lets keep going with the random drop system" not to mention, that veterans like myself, which spend countless runs on older raids, an dnew lights can just go buy them nothing against them, but -blam!- right off, go grind like the rest of us did

A clan mate just got his after 37 mostly full runs...then got a 2nd.immediately after from an atheon checkpoint: I feel at this point, after so many runs, you'd be better just getting a boss checkpoint and farming it every week....I think until tomorrow you can farm it indefinitely as it's the weekly rotation

1 ReplyTheres currently two theories One is a 3-5% drop chance without any increase from raid completions The other is like a 2-3% chance with a ~1% increase from looted raid completions

3 RepliesThere only 155 or so possible tries to get Vex in VoG at the moment. You must do full runs, not just farm Atheon.

If you want a vex you must first fist bump a snake next teach a spider the hoki poki then finally get 200 scout rifle kills
