glitched or bug triumphs
hello i dont know if this is a thing or not but i have run the grasp of averis and the prophecy recently with in the past 2 week and i had gone flawless but i did not get the triumph completion can you tell me if this is a bug or a glitch please

If you're running with a team, everyone has to be flawless for the triumph to unlock, not just you. Your run had teammate deaths.
