Should hunters get blink in arc 3.0?

Yes but as an exotic

Yes but as an aspect

Yes but as a fragment

Yes but replacing the dodge

Since the removal of blink when transferring from destiny one to destiny two, should they get it back in arc 3.0? or should it be moved to an exotic to compensate for their st0mp-EE5 being nerfed? Why or why not?
