Expansions not coming over from my Steam to my xbox account
I had purchased the expansions on Steam but I would rather play using the MS Store version. When I log into the game with the MS Store version it sees my character but none of the expansions. I can log back in the Steam version and see everything just fine. I don't think I missed a step in the cross platform save. Any ideas on how to fix this or who to contact in support?

Hey there, you mean Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, etc? That's correct, they do not transfer over with cross-save.

Cross Save is only being able to move your character / weapons / armor between systems. Cross Play - play with anyone on any system DLC and Content doesn't carry between consoles, its all tied to licensing and everyone wants a piece of the pie ($) So for now, if you want to play on XBOX and want all the DLC... MS had some good deals on for it...

Cross save doesn't NOT transfer expansions. It only allows you use of your characters. You will need to purchase all expansions on all platforms you wish to play on.
