Titan exotic crest of alpha lupi not working

So this exotic chest piece isn't giving the healing pulse when casting barrier. It's not one of the meta considered pieces so it gets overlooked. 🙄

Just incase you wasn't aware: the health it restores doesn't include shield, so is only the first third of your healthbar
