"synaptic fanatic" triumph bugged (I think)
The triumph "synaptic fanatic" (season of the risen > psionic warfare > gear > synaptic fanatic) says that I only have 13 of the seasonal artifact mods of season of the risen unlocked, but I have all 25 unlocked. Am I misunderstanding the triumph, or is this a bug?
