CTP and Tarnation, not one deep sight drop yet
And another week goes by with no deep sight drop for Come To Pass or Tarnation.
That makes 6 weeks now without a single deep sight drop for either.
At this point, knowing you need multiple deep sight drops for each of these, they should be almost guaranteed to drop. Nothing can progress on that stupid quest chain until I get these stupid weapons crafted. Most idiotic system ever developed for crafting and recipe learning.
Bungie can take a flying leap if they think this crap is fun and engaging.

1 ReplyTook me 2 hours of legendary runs each day to get them to drop. 4hours total. Then I finished the glaive. Then saw what a trash exotic it was. Then I dropped it in my vault. Never to be used ever because trash. Then I realized both crafting, and the dlc’s focus on glaive as the new thing you need for the dlc really confirmed that this whole dlc and likely the destiny content lifecycle for the next year is a scam. Nothing fun or exciting here, Or even good really. But hey at least You can spend $20 to look like a dinosaur. Be sure to check out all the new items in eververse each week!

Bungo gaslit the entire playerbase for months, claiming it was just bad luck and to keep grinding, only to later come out and say it was bugged the entire time and that only then were they going to investigate it. Because 8 runs in one week should guarantee all the weapons... Drop rates are much improved but you still have to play the activity

I had the deep sight version drop for the grenade launcher on the first well I ran today. I had that one done day one that I could do the wellspring. You only need two for the auto rifle. I got those within a few rounds as well. You need to play more than one game a week to get them to drop. Now if you want to complain about the exotic glaive prints being tied to the wellspring after getting your first one from the preservation mission, then yeah, that’s a load of crap. I finally got the print for my Hunter the other day after bouncing back and forth between psi-ops and the wellspring for 6 hours. And that was after countless well runs for weeks.

Be sure to hover over the Wellspring text before you fly in to check which weapon is dropping that day, there’s a four day rotation in place.

I found doing it on master has a pretty good drop rate plus you get a pinnacle for the first completion each week.

You ran 3 yesterday, 3 on the 1st, 3 last month on the 17th and 2 on the 14th. You’re giving up too soon each time the weapons come around.

I think in total it took me 15 hours of constant wellsprings to get all four weapons to be craftable. That was before the update that wasn’t that good

Fortunately I’ve gotten both. Now the exotic glaives…… not sure they even exist beyond the one you craft on one character. Why they couldn’t just unlock for all is beyond comprehension.

These rotate on a daily basis because you know Destiny needs more RNG and every single new little piece of candy has to have some sort of over complicated nonsense gating it. The exotic glaives were a BIG miss as was "weapon crafting".

You also didn’t do it on master. Yes you can get it on the lower level but you didnt do nearly enough runs to get a drop. So instead of coming on here trying to be a smartass, you might actually want to do some research on the game first and actually play it correctly, so you don’t look like a dumb -blam!- instead Hope this helps 😄

You have to run lots of them. Boring as He11. I'm currently working on the "Piece of Mind" Pulse which need 5 deep sight drops to complete the pattern (I have 2 of them so far) and 2 of the Exotic Glaives for my Hunter and Titan (I know they suck but I'm a completionist).

I spent about 90 minutes farming Wellsprings last night and I acquired 3 resonant Come to Pass. Maybe you should do more than just the three Wellsprings if you want a better chance of getting a resonant weapon.

You do know that those wellspring weapons are on a daily rotation right? You have to wait fo the right DAY to farm them, not week.

I ran wellspring at most 5 times (maybe 10 for the bow) on each of the days for the weapons and got all the patterns. Some of my friends in my clan have gotten them easily as well. RNG is just RNG sometimes, it's unfortunate you haven't gotten them, but the drop rates for the throne world weapons are a LOT better than they were

Wellspring has been a horrible time for me. I don’t have enough time to mindlessly run through that activity in hopes of getting a deep sight drop so I guess I’ll never see an exotic Glaive. Lubraes ruin looks better anyways.
