Memory Alembic quest bugged
DIM reports that my Memory Alembic quest is at -4/8 and in-game it shows at 0% even though I know I have killed 4+ Executioners.

1 ReplyQuest is still bugged, or bugged again. I let it set @ 63% for 2 weeks. Come back from vacation, kill an Executioner and the quest is still at 63%. Killed another one after this weeks reset and the chest didn't even appear. As always Bungie, your QC department sucks more than your decision making process.

@Bungie What a eFing joke you are as a group of Devs. 9 Executioners dead on my Memory Alembic quest and I am still only at 13%. You have nothing to resolve this BS and make it right. Abso-F-ing useless.

That quest and process is broken badly right now so not surprising the tracking is borked too. I would hold off on doing anything related to that quest (or at least not turning it in) until Bungie has fixed it and it's confirmed to be working again. Right now if you turn in your qualichor for the refined qualichor Fynch will likely just steal it and give you nothing in return. Have had that happen a few weeks in a row now. On the initial quest where you have to gather 8 quite a few have reported similar problems with that one. I had already done it before that part was broken (after their last fix attempt) so I only get to see how badly the weekly is broken, but had been telling friends who are working on the first stage of gathering 8 to hold off turning it in. Hopefully it's fixed soon.
