increase vault size or start sunsetting weapons
it's becoming increasingly tedious to manage vault with so many weapons in the game now. i have mistakenly deleted good armor/weapon rolls because i couldn't be bothered to check and clean up vault to make space for other gear.
also, reduce the drop rates of blue gear while you're at it. people who have hit pinnacle cap shouldn't be getting blue drops.
bringing back weapon sunsetting is not a bad option if you're too stingy to pay for extra storage/database costs

Have a dislike for suggesting sunsetting return. Easily the worst mistake the devs made for d2 and that's saying a lot.

So because you have no self control in keeping too many weapons and weapon rolls, you propose sunsetting? I'm not saying I do a great job at maintaining a clean and tidy vault, but I wouldn't suggest removing weapons from being viable just for that reason.

1 ReplyThere is a guy on youtube who made a 2 hour video in which he deleted his ENTIRE vault until he could fit everything he felt he absolutely needed just on his three character inventories. Sure it would be nice if Bungie ever did decide to grace us with more vault space, but it is absolutely possible to have a weapon of every type for practically any possible situation and still keep your vault to under 100 items, you're just hoarding weapons you probably never use just for the sake of it. If you haven't used a particular gun for multiple seasons you can definitely afford to delete it.

I call it “the delete button”, and -shockingly- it already exists! Make your own Destiny! Don’t let Bungie control what you can or can’t use! Get rid of the stuff you don’t/won’t use! Keep what you do/will! Ffs!

12 RepliesHow about we don’t increase vault size, don’t sunset anything, and you just stop hoarding. You don’t need 5 different rolls of some random world weapon thinking “oh, but it might be good in the future” because we all know that ain’t gonna happen. Trust me, I’m guilty of this too.
