Please let me change my character’s appearance.
Please let me change my race and appearance without starting over. At this point I’m willing to pay a little cash for an appearance change token.

I'd prefer not to pay, at least not with Silver as the only option, but I do agree, it may be nice to get some cosmetic work done sometimes.
