I’m going with Silence & Squall. I’ve watched too many people break that one to think anything is worse

1 ReplyArc hunter. All three trees are basically the same thing. At least the other two have differences between them that is noticeable.

Nova warp for everything

2 RepliesChaos reach after the 8 nerfs it got last year in a close running with burning maul

1 ReplyAlright I feel like I will be the only one to say this but I’m going to going spectral blades as the hit reg on it has been so bad for years yet I still main it

Behemoth reskined and it has no range and a reused dash attack.

Edited by Ghostfire239: 3/16/2022 4:52:43 AMAlthough SnS is pretty bad, nothing will ever be worse than Tether for PvP (especially now due to the arrow no longer being a ohk…again). Nothing will be worse than Spectral Blades for PvE.

4 RepliesI think they might have buffed it but behemoth going from one of the most ridiculous subclasses ever to having a super that I could stop with nerfed withering blades then kill was pretty funny. Hunters probably have more random supers. They have blade barrage, of course silence and squall that spins on peoples' face, gets stuck in walls and I've even seen the tornado mysteriously launch itself completely out of the play area like a beach ball. Mobius Quiver isn't necessarily bad but its still in true hunter tradition because sometimes I'll use it and think to myself oh look it appears that I've made a big mess. Opponents will be stuck in the noodles, I'll be in the noodles, yellow tick damage numbers will be popping and all I can think is yep, another hunter super.

I dunno if used right its still good. Problem is many try to use it as a panic super and its not really good for that imo its activation time is too slow and I can often counter them before squall can be released (if silence wiffs or is directed elsewhere. I think they should be released at the same time personally.

Second to that is the Warlock. You can’t break anything but you can freeze all day. I rather throw Silence and Squall because it allows you to still use your weapons without worrying about the super usage. It can easily be used to shut off locations so you can flank or push less aggressively.

I think Fists of Havoc is pretty weak. Useful for clearing ads and as a defensive super in PvP, but generally not much utility. Arc staff too. At least S&S can be used for zone denial and ad clearing. I think it's powerful at what it does, but I agree that it doesn't have much use beyond that.
I’m going with Silence & Squall. I’ve watched too many people break that one to think anything is worse
I would agree.. hunter S and S is dog -blam!-.. only thing that made it a usable subclass was shatter dive.. but I would say behemoth is a very close 2nd
