Operation Elbrus not gaining progress
So me and a friend are on step 11 of operation Elbrus and no matter what we do we cannot collect any intel. Is anybody else having this issue?

2 RepliesHello, If you are capped at 2000 psychogenic intel, you will not be able to progress this quest. To solve this, simply spend or discard some intel.
