Is Bungie Aware of Xur Selling Trash Roll Exotic Armors Again?
It was a great change that Xur sells high-stat Exotic Armors for a whole year in Y4. But after two weeks of 48-total-stat exotics, it's clear that someone in Bungie reverted the code.
I highly doubt that it's intentionally reverted to disgust players, but is Bungie aware of the issue, and is it possible that the patch next Thursday includes a fix?

Xur is selling 48-total-stat trash Exotic armors again. I don't see the point of disappointing players once a week, so I suggest Bungie to fix it as soon as possible, letting Xur sell high-stat Exotic armors just like what he did in the whole Year 4.

I'd like to bring up this issue, since Xur'll be back tomorrow and we don't want to see him selling trash-roll exotic armors again. Is Bungie aware of the issue, and when will it be fixed?
