Cannot deactivate cross save

I have linked my PS5 and Xbox accounts but i did it the wrong way round. My PS5 was my main destiny save and i wanted to link it to my Xbox. But i made an error. I realise i will need to wait 90 days to rectify but i cannot get the cross save deactivated. It takes me to a screen where i am supposed to type my PS5 user name when i type it in (its already displayed but greyed out) i cannot get any further. I am stuck can anyone assist or help me out. Thanks.

      Hi there. Have you purchased any Silver within the last 90 days? If yes, then you cannot deactivate Cross Save until after 90 days from the date of that purchase. If no, try authenticating your accounts from the Cross Save page on a different browser or from the mobile app.
