Seems weird to weaken something that was already hardly ran. Making something else worse to make bubble appear better isn’t a solution either.

We didn't use Bubble even in Master VoG - Well was all we needed. So reducing Bubbles effect feels real weird. I'm waiting for this mystical encounter where incoming damage is so high that you actually need the bubble to absorb it while hiding inside.
