I know the match making algorithm already does this for the top 4 best players, why not also do it for the bottem 4 players.
Honestly how often do you see a match were only 2 players go positive while the remaining 4 go negative. I believe that this is due to the rng nature of match making, it's entirely possible that you can get the 4 worst players on 1 team. Just like before the balancing top players update, it was possible for the best players to be placed on 1 team.
Doing this would do 2 things:
1. It would further balance the teams
2. It would ensure that lower skilled players would always have a counterpart on the opposing team.

Or.... Those 4 people could just NOT be in that game getting farmed at all?
