Hit Detection On (Mostlly) Flawless and Unbroken Players is BAD!
It's like those players often have an extra shield or bullets do less damage on them.
Just pay attention and check players, when you see weird things happening and you'll see.

It's probably because most of them have a better strafe than average players and are hitting more consistent headshots and therefore dealing more flinch.

It’s the Unbroken title that does it. Unlocking it gives you 30% chance of mitigating any damage. Chance then increases by 5% for each gilding.

Unfortunately it's not the case, I suck at pvp, flawless players do not so they kill me 90% of the time, they don't have more health, but they do pkay the game in a way that allows them to take less damage in gunfight. There is also lag but basically it's they are better and/or more experienced in pvp
