When do Heroic Dares Blights show up
I'm just curious as it's going on four weeks without seeing the blights in the Heroic Dares. Is this an RNG thing or is it on a four, five, or six week cycle? If it's RNG, that's just sad. If it's on a rotation, letting the masses know this would be helpful.
