How can I remove a cross-save xbox acct
So I lost access to my very old xbox acct that is connected to my cross save(I tried to go through acct recovery processes already). I cant even deactivate cross save because I no longer have access.
Side note: I'm a PS4 main trying to play on xbox now.
Is there anything I can do? I would love to redo my cross save with my updated xbox acct?

You will have to work with Microsoft to regain your account as Bungie is unable to help you with this. Once you have access then you can unlink.
