Hello,
In an effort to change my Bungie account name ( i didnt like the name as it included my real name and did not align with my gaming brand) i disabled crossplay to link my steam an PS account to a new bungie account with a better aligned name. what i did not know would happen is no longer being able to play my character on PC since i started playing destiny on Playstation back in 2015. so not i cannot reenable cross save ( i have to wait 90 days) and i cannot play my characters on Steam and i do not have a playstation anymore and even if i did, i have all of my destiny content on steam now so i would not be able to do activities on Playstation.
my question is: Is it possible to move my guardians from Playstation to Steam without cross save? can the customer support gods help me? please help! I would rather not miss a huge chunk of the next season because of this.

Edited by megatron1984: 1/19/2022 5:19:15 PMNope. Bungie does not merge accounts nor transfer data to another platform. They are tied to that platform. The 90day lock out period is mandatory and will not be lift for any reason. There is no exceptions to this policy. An when you set up and go to deactivate cross save it does in fact warn you there is a 90day lock out period.

4 RepliesUnfortunately no. Save data is permanently bound to the account that was used to create it.
