The only thing left for the Season of the Chosen Seal is the Secret Triumph, which was changed to all the scattered memories triumph recently. I have done many many many runs of the Presage, getting every scalable all 15 on the Glykon. The last time I was able to scan anything This week before and after reset (as i was checking everything as I was going through this) was the Collectible #1: After The First Spore Cluster (from week 2) and a dead Ghost (#5 from week 2). I have done multiple runs looking at everything and nothing will scan now and I do not have the Secret Triumph completed and do not know why. Thank you for helping out.
