Apparently, arc raid mods don't count as arc mods for Powerful Friends.
Title. I was trying on my VoG armor to see if I like the stat distribution, and I noticed that the arc raid mod I put on my chest piece wasn't counting as an arc mod and I wasn't getting my +20 mobility from having Powerful Friends on my chest piece as well. I posted a screenshot for people to see.
