Help! Hacker restricted my account
I have posted about my situation previously, but my Microsoft account was hacked. The person who had my account activated crosssave on it with his own accounts. I finally got my Xbox account back via Microsoft security, but I can’t unlink cross save because of a silver purchase and that the person restricted my account, so it is saying I have to wait 182,604 days. Is there someone at bungie who can help me? I’m afraid that they will dismantle everything from a different platform

11 RepliesEdited by TympanicMalaney: 1/8/2022 5:18:25 PMseveral things... you cannot bypass the 90 day silver lockout for any reason. you also cannot disable cross save and delink accounts without 1st authenticating all linked accounts. bungie will not forcibly delink any accounts. that all said, the amount of time you gave as your "restriction " sounds more like a ban than a restriction as they are at the most 2 months long.

2 Replies182,604 days sounds like they got a ban on that account not a restriction. There is a real good possiblity that they could and will delete and dismantle. Account security is entirely our responsibility. Bungie won't be able to do anything they cannot remove/disable/unlink anything.
