Now that super gains have been nerfed I don't think it would be unreasonable for intellect mods to have a lower energy cost. Make them cost 4 the same as recovery mods. I don't think that would be too game breaking and would go a ways in being able to build craft.

3 RepliesEdited by Demon_XXVII: 1/2/2022 8:42:42 AM3 energy (slot) cost, for all the +10 mods that seems fairly reasonable

3 RepliesEdited by DHawk12: 1/1/2022 1:44:50 AMCost should probably get reduced but going above 70 intellect is pretty much pointless now, im rebuilding my loadouts from 80-90 down to 60.

Mines always been 40 or lower still get the same as my friend that gets 60 or 70 😂 it’s about how you mod for it . Helps to if you have the right exotic on
-
Dunno bout you but with the use of ashes to assets, sun bracers, and wells I’ve got my super every 10 to 30 seconds, same on my titan using hands on.

13 RepliesI do not understand why the super and ability nerfs were applied to PvE. It makes everything in PvE feel bad. Once again PvP screwing over PvE players.

9 RepliesThe whole last patch changes for crucible and ability changes has made playing this game absolute crap, builds that were worked on for ages have been absolutely screwed, the crucible repawn slowdown paired with bad decisions on nerfs make playing crucible feel worse than cod. Mayhem felt like absolute -blam!- and now resilience and intellect are dump stats but bungie have to find a way to keep us grinding armor out to change it in a few months and make us regrind again.......

Intellect is a joke now, I don’t even run intellect mods anymore
-
1 ReplyMight as well cost 0 based on how many supers you get in an average game of trials... which is also 0
-
Maybe they are overhauling the mod system!! That would be wonderful
-
Intellect is a dump stat now, imo.
-
Lbs sure to save armor that rolls high for intellect and recovery so you don’t have to worry about the mods as much and the cost.
-
Na. Don’t even waste the energy on them. Get a set of armor with high intrinsic intellect and use cheaper mods that give super energy for melee, grenade, etc and light well mods You’ll find it works and feels like passive pre-nerf
-
Good idea
-
Should cost 1 only
-
Honestly this stat is worthless now. It barely helps in pvp. All that matters is dealing damage now, wich is sad to see another stat being meaningless. Making recovery even more important :/ And i guess its better to go for max discipline or strenght now

So reduced cost wouldn't be a bad idea. Don't think it's right in wasting 5 slots, 3 should be alight i think.

You need around 30 intellect one, just so you don’t get penalized on higher timers. I have compared 100 vs 30 intellect in pvp and pve. The super charge rate is meaningless, pvp is around 5-20 seconds later. PvE is about the same always.
