RNG for a seal is a bad idea
I'm at rank 7 and only seen the special guest at the end of Dares of eternity once. I'd like to play other things. I'm not a fan of a triumph not being skill based.

Skill based triumphs are, unfortunately, a thing of the past. I guess enough people complained about the difficulty in obtaining them, which is why a larger portion of the population now have Seals as opposed to before everything became a grind-fest. I dunno the %'s behind the Lightning Round, but by my calculations, me and my squad are at about a 25% rate - I'm starting to think there must be some secret way of doing it that no one knows about yet
