Myelin can both be wrong and right at the same time. When you choose what hill to die on you might win, but the cost might be very high. So two things can be true, Myelin, could have a shadow side that is difficult to deal with and when he decided to force an issue on the Lore Curator title, which is ridiculous in of itself Bungie decided they were done with him. He very well could have handled it in a way that could have got him what he wanted and kept his position with Bungie. Just reading the article he did make it about himself when arguing the position, and when you are a supervisor listening to someone talking about everything they've done for the organization, it never sounds good.

Yep. Which is why…once again…I keep acknowledging that we are only hearing one side of the story. But, based on my knowledge and experience, he’s a credible witness in my book…and his version of events rings true. Things like this happen commonly, and the level of anger that he is expressing when you have it happen from a direction you aren’t expecting is also credible. I’m open to hearing Bungie’s side, but I’m not going to hold my breath waiting. But his pushing back against what he alleges was done to him was absolutely appropriate. If this did happen, Bungie was basically caught trying to steal (part of his compensation) from him. He just had the economic independence (power) to not be forced to knuckle under and let them steal it from him.
