Unable to access ps characters through cross save
Hello
I just logged in on my destiny account through steam after been away for about 2 years.
i had two characters there but I would like to play on my old Ps4 characters - also I have an ps5 on the way.
I use to play on both pc and ps4 - and had different characters on the platforms.
how do I do to get them on cross save?
I did not get an option when loggin on to choose anything.

(when login in on bungies homepage I can see 2 characters on steam and 1 on ps4) and it's the ps4 character I want access to on pc and ps5

11 RepliesHello there, You have cross save set up and during that process you selected Steam as your primary/active save file. Your PSN characters and progression are now part of a dormant save file that cannot be accessed while cross save is active. Cross save does not merge data, it only allows you to use one save file on all linked platforms, in this case your Steam characters.
