XboX Series X console will crash during Dares of Eternity. Attempted 4 times will always crash. Have not been able to complete.

Having the same issue on PC. Event Viewer only shows a 0xc0000409 exception code for an application error at the same time it happened for both of my crashes, but doesn't list an application for it so I can't be positive it's what is causing it.

This keeps happening to me on PC/Steam. It's so frustrating. I haven't been able to get through a run without the game completely freezing then crashing. Usually during the final boss stage. No error message. S.O.S!

Also crashed for the first time during Dares of Eternity lightning round. Two or three others were booted from the activity at first when we were down to the last two capture points, then I got booted later when the final capture point nearly finished. This crash has no error message pop-up of any kind, and the only other time this type of crash has happened is during Altar of Sorrows when I sat with Sunspots in front of a spawn zone while Acolytes constantly respawned. Probably a similar type of issue related to how enemies continuously respawn, though, we have no way of knowing since there's no error message.

Same issue. series x. played 5 matches of dare today and the game crashed 4 of the 5 times. always at the last encounter. makes it impossible to complete the star horse bounties.

I'm playing on a Series S. My game also hard crashes back to xbox dashboard everytime during the last encounter of Dares of Eternity. Can't complete Strarhorse bounties because of it and in turn Magnum Opus quest halted. It's a little frustrating.

2 RepliesPC, crashed on final Cabal boss halfway through twice, out of 4 runs. Other two runs were Crota and something else I can't remember.

1 ReplySame here, froze during what I'm assuming is the final encounter... was a "bonus" encounter with Taken where we captured all of the zones. We defeated it, then a 5-10 second freeze followed by a boot to the home screen on XBX. No rewards, except a hollow feeling.

I'm also having this issue on my Xbox for that specific encounter and it crashed 8 times now. No error code just absolutely crashing the entire game.

I'm having the same problem, when I'm doing the lighting rounds my screen freezes and then boots me to the Xbox home screen, I've had 5 runs fail in this way.

Yep same here. Cabel Boss. I'm on xbox one. It crashed at the same time on my classmate. He's on ps4.

Same thing happened to me, did 4 runs crashed 2 times both on the cabal boss, didn't crash once on the cabal boss and once on the vex boss. Hard crashed the game back to home page, no error code.
