The inventory management systerm is outdated, if not for DIM saving it. Just add DELETE ALL BLUES button, everyone will be happy. And still no in game loadout, this is 2021 already!

Blues should just stop dropping at the hard cap or soft cap

Edited by Zer0Warri0r: 12/4/2021 10:32:01 PMQoL changes dont make a profit so itll never be added quit asking same goes for solo strikes. Saw a post about solo strike with a comment from a mod about how console players can turn off crossplay and lower their chances to get people to join them for strikes. I told him this is a workaround and Bungie should just add firewall strike since they added it for a temporary event. He basically told me its a work around, but its the best you're going to get bc asking for a feature means its either gonna take 12 years for Bungie to get off their lazy -blam!- to implement or that it would just never come anyway. If you want QoL in a game go play something like FF14 the devs actually play their game AND they take player feedback very seriously.

That or a selection option to highlight certain items for mass delete
-
Bump until implemented!!
-
7 RepliesIf they did that, you'd figure out that there are no rewards for most activities.
-
1 ReplyEdited by Kosh: 12/3/2021 6:32:22 PMThe whole game is outdated, time to move on I'm afraid.

Edited by Zoro Roronoa: 12/4/2021 4:58:14 AMWhat are you on about? Deleting blues manually: cured cancer, did my taxes, paid off my car, finished my calculus homework, took my exam, bought me a birthday cake, landed a plane, performed a successful cardiac surgery, cleaned my room, taught kids French and singlehandedly controlled the weather.

5 RepliesHaving to delete the blues is considered content.
-
4 RepliesWhy would they implement a system that existed in D1 and worked properly when they could just leave it out?
-
5 RepliesThis is the weekly popular delete blues post. I had one that went crazy a while back. There’s one every week.
-
Would be a good thing to add... outriders has the option and it's handy
-
6 RepliesThey should automatically dismantle when you reach soft cap. They did this with greens in d1.
-
Blues shouldn’t drop if you are at powerful cap or higher

7 RepliesEdited by TIME_4_A_WIN: 12/1/2021 7:39:41 PMThere are some great blue weapons in the game. Wait for it… most of you will say otherwise. Ever jumped into PvP with a blue for fun. Give it a go. You will see not all blues are trash as most would make out to be. Those that don’t want blues just keep your guardian with all weapon and armour slots at max. Any blues will go to the postmaster and then when promoted post master full simply transfer them to your vault. It’s not difficult, you can use the Destiny Companion App to manage your guardian and then just delete them from the vault at the end of your game play for glimmer and gunsmith materials.

3 RepliesAs a noob I can say there is some blue/rare gear needed to keep for a while longer. For example Machine Gun and Bow takes longer to get legendary. Also armor pieces for other classes that I started playing later, I still need blue items for.
-
1 ReplyThey need to make legendaries and exotics more rare or something. Because of how common Legendaries are now, the game basically just has two rarities. Either that, or make blues more worthwhile somehow. Idk how, but it’d be nice if newer players actually progressed up the chain of rarities instead of being handed Legendary and exotic gear like candy.
-
1 ReplyNope, too much work. We're just a AAA company so yeah...

1 ReplyD1: Community: Hey Bungie, all these Greens are really annoying and taking up unnecessary post master space. Can they just auto-dismantle? Bungie: Sure thing. Thanks for playing our game guys. D2: Community: Hey Bungie, all these Blues are really annoying and taking up unnecessary post master space. Can they just auto-dismantle? Bungie: Eververse go brrrrr.

1 ReplyEdited by Double07: 12/1/2021 6:55:02 PMThey are useless at best and parasitic at worst, that they might as well do away with blues in D2. - Static rolls - Legendaries drop within a few minutes of playing in the startgame - They will always be more than 10 levels below in the endgame - They are only remembered for clogging your postmaster - Will 100% be dismantled without inspection - Ugly designs - Can be retrieved from collections There is little to no purpose with blues. It’s crazy that they coded the game to routinely give you something that is 100% junk that only serves to take space in your inventory.

Vault blue weapons?!👀
-
Or not even a button just a setting you can toggle on and off.... It's been something we have wanted for about 7 years now. Never happening at this point.
-
Agree
-
My God, how many years does this make of people complaining about this over and over again? If they haven't done it yet they either don't care or will not implement the change. FIND ANOTHER GAME! That is the best solution to fix D2's problems.

I love how luke smith responded to the "Will we get a blue auto-delete?" question with: "I think the better question is how can we make the other rarities more interesting?" That was more than one year ago and this still goes unanswered.

Edited by everwilling: 12/2/2021 2:41:25 AMCopy outsiders system so easy and quick 🤷🏼♂️ can’t believe this wasn’t implemented years ago .

30 RepliesEdited by Jericho_Wolf99: 12/1/2021 4:32:58 PMYou want to know why this hasn’t been done yet. Besides players like you not listening to those who have been around since destiny 1. The auto dismantle blues or delete all blues or whatever you want to call it at this points It was done in destiny 1. You want to know what happened. Legendary drops for both armors and weapons add to be increased and exotics were harder to come by more than they are now. An depending on what you did. There was no one playing anything by high tier playlist activities because there was no reason to do anything else. Raids or pvp was the only thing that was done outside of any quests that forced players to do strikes and whatever else. So do you want to devalue legendary and exotic gear. Or stick with what is there. Stop I already know your answer. It’s none of what is ado because your going to be stubborn and want the game to conform to what you want. An auto dismantle blues is a decent quality of life mechanic but it has its down sides as well and there not good. In other words stop asking for it.
