Silence and Squall has been broken for a while, quite often when the sickles make contact with anything, whether it be an enemy, a fellow Guardian, or even a patch of grass on the ground, the sickle doesn't detonate and just rapidly spins against or around whatever it hit. It takes between 3 and 5 seconds to finally detonate after that, but by then the super is usually worthless.
I threw Silence and Squall into a group of enemies in Control, and the freezing sickle stuck to an enemy Guardian. It didn't damage them at all, and they were able to run away with the sickle still stuck to them, and by the time it detonated, nobody was near them to be frozen, and they were frozen behind cover so nothing could get to them. Without that first freezing sickle, the storm that follows is basically useless because I've noticed that the tracking doesn't work well in 6v6 games.
Sometimes the freezing sickle works, but the storm doesn't detonate, so by the time the animation ends for casting the super, most frozen targets are well on their way to breaking out, so it greatly reduces how effective the super is.
I think when the super works it's in a pretty good place, but when it fails as consistently as I've experienced, because of something that's obviously a glitch, it has to be fixed.
