no exotic cipher quest
5 weeks ago I deleted my exotic cipher quest on accident thinking it was the trial passage. Ever since that happen, xur doesn't sell the quest for me. I don't have it on other characters nor do I own one already. I submitted a ticket but they said "Your help request is invalid and will not be investigated as it concerns an issue that is off-topic to the contact form used to submit the help request." but they didn't send me a link to the correct place to do it so I'm back where I started. Does anyone know a way to fix this issue or know the right place to send a ticket? Thank you for the help.

1 ReplyHave you checked the Abandoned quest kiosk? Check with each of your characters. If the quest is not available you have 2 ways to go wait until the gun is added to the exotic kiosk and 2 make a new character.

2 RepliesYou’ve soft-locked that character by deleting it. You need to get the quest on a different character & complete it, then the original character will be able to get quest again.

If you deleted it, it will not appear until you complete one on another character. If your other characters are not able to complete one, the only option would be to either delete a character to regain access to it or wait for a patch to fix the issue.
