I think you should hire a lore narrator.
R.C. Bray for one or another qualified audio book narrator.
I mean there are YouTube contributors who will read the lore to you but given that the lore is an important part of understanding the story it becomes an accessibility issue.
There are regrettably a lot of gamers who suffer from challenges such as developmental disabilities ranging from autism to dyslexia and etc, you do have people with poor eye sight who may be able to manage the game but reading proves difficult... also is just the reality that a shocking number of gamers suffer from illiteracy and ill-literacy. Also there may be players who speak one of the available languages but do not read it.
You don't need to get characters voice actors to read lore entries that feature them. But hiring a dedicated competent lore reader would be helpful from an accessibility stand point.
Like I said, there are options available but it would be nice if you handled this in house.

Why? Is this a videogame? Then that is useless. I don't read or listen to anyone about lore from this or any other game. It's a videogame. I would like to play and experience lore in the game playing the game. That's why I game. So I can experience all of that "playing" the game. But that's just me.

Do you know how bad I want an animated Netflix show they walk through all of the lore? Destiny has such a great history built. The battles, the hardship, losses, hilarious moments (throwing a Titan through a tank…). It would be so great to see it all brought to life.
