According to Bungie, the error code 'bee' indicates a packet loss or disconnect between home network and Bungie servers.
At some point while changing out weapons in my inventory, I received this error, and didn't really look at it because I am used to seeing it at this point. Terrible ISP. At first, I saw nothing out of the ordinary, logged off to get some dinner, and then came back to it later on to see that my Sorrow's Verse was gone. I checked my vault to be sure, very thoroughly, double-checked my inventory, logged out and back in, still gone. Due to an internet error, I lost a weapon I'd masterworked and spent a lot of time with.
Is there a contact page I can put a support form through to discuss this? Because I'm pretty frustrated that I've lost a weapon that I invested a lot in and enjoyed only to search throughout Bungie's site to find out that "[url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360048717732]Recovery of dismantled, scrapped, deleted, or otherwise discarded items[/url]" is not a provided service, with no consideration towards this occurring at no fault of one's own.
