Ever since the drop of the season of the lost, I've had repeat framerate loss despite having the game on minimum graphics, up to date drivers, and a framerate lock of 30. It was so bad that of the five or six gambit matches I was in tonight, I was dropped due to the rutabaga error, and with several similar drops from the last couple of days, it has become a temporary ban.
